Holly's Bio
For the past 10 years, Holly’s been involved in business development, business financing and facilitating mid-market mergers and acquisitions. She assisted business owners in many industries throughout New England and Upstate New York in financially restructuring their firms for better rates, without personal guarantees and enhanced cash flow. She later became the first woman in a large national M&A firm to close a major mid-market transaction – the largest in the firm’s history. Her business experience includes participating in a roll-up strategy in the power generation industry that led to an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.
Prior to that, she spent 10 years in the US Navy, serving in a variety of capacities that included establishing a Naval Medical Command in Wiesbaden Germany to coordinate medical care for Navy, Marine and US Embassy personnel stationed or traveling in Europe. During Desert Storm, her role expanded to include managing the care of soldiers injured in the conflict. Later, she served as the Director of Ambulatory Care and Director of Public Relations for the Boston VA.
